Scaled Professional Scrum with Nexus

Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) allows participants to experience how to scale Scrum within the Nexus framework.

You’ll learn how to launch, structure, organize, and manage a large Agile project using Scrum through a scaling simulation. The Nexus scaling framework is one of the simplest ways to scale Scrum - and that's what makes it great.  Nexus scales Scrum without adding a lot of overhead and complexity.  If you have three or more Scrum teams working together on a single Product, Nexus can help your team manage dependencies and communicate better.  In this class, we'll discuss the difference between Product teams, technology silos, feature teams and more.

Nexus relies upon the Scrum framework, but it adds additional roles and events to help teams manage dependencies and improve communication during the Sprint.  Nexus adds only what is necessary - and no more.  Nexus teams still work with a single Product Owner and a single Product Backlog.  Nexus teams don't add unnecessary overhead, release trains, or costly meetings.  Nexus teams scale simply; because simplicity is the secret power behind the Scrum framework.

Rebel Scrum trainers have experience with larger transformations - so you can train with confidence.  After taking SPS, you will receive a free attempt at the SPS certificate from the world's leading Scrum certification provider, the home of Scrum.

Who it’s for: Scrum practitioners interested in how multiple teams can work together to deliver a single product, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Agile coaches, and department managers.
