The Professional Agile Leadership Essentials (PAL-E) is four half-days, hands-on workshop that uses a combination of instruction and hands-on exercises to help managers and other leaders who work directly with agile teams understand how to best support, guide, and coach their teams to improve their agile capabilities. The workshop provides a foundation for the role that leaders play in creating the conditions for a successful agile transformation. What's Included: - 4 half-days of instruction - 1 free attempt to earn your Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification - Course Workbook - Access to full slide deck and complementary materials used during the course PAL I Certification: The Professional Agile Leadership (PAL I) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate that you are a leader who understands that being Agile adds value to your business, and why leadership understanding, sponsorship, and support of Agile practices are essential to an organization becoming more agile. After completing the Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials course, you will receive an exam code from Scrum.org for taking the PAL I exam. You will receive the code within 48 hours. There are no extra costs involved and the code has no expiration date. Experience shows that participants score best when taking the exam within a week after completing the course. Your exam code is valid once. If you take the exam within 14 days after completing the course, and unfortunately do not pass the 85%, Scrum.org will offer you a one-time free resit. Please note that you will not receive this gift if you take a exam 14 days after participation, these costs will be yours. PMI PDU Credits Students of Scrum.org courses are able to claim Project Management Institute (PMI) PDU credit: 14 PDUs after attending the PAL-E class. Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for passing a Scrum.org assessment. Students can claim PDUs under PMI's "Education courses provided by other third-party providers” category. You can claim your PDUs online at https://ccrs.pmi.org.
