Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II)

Service Description

The Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) class is an advanced 2-day course thoughtfully designed to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of experienced Scrum Masters. Led by seasoned Rebel Scrum staff with a proven track record of improving value delivery for organizations, this immersive and highly engaging class is filled with interactive activities that enable participants to learn by doing. Throughout the course, participants will embark on an exploration of the multifaceted role of a Scrum Master, embodying qualities of a servant leader and catalyst for change. By actively participating in dynamic in-class activities and leveraging a collaborative electronic whiteboard, attendees will acquire indispensable skills and practices, enabling them to engage in impactful conversations and drive Scrum adoption across their organizations. This comprehensive course will be delivered remotely across two full-day sessions, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, June 3rd and 4th, from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST each day. The interactive nature of the class fosters an environment that encourages active participation, discussion, and knowledge sharing, ensuring that participants can apply their learnings in practical scenarios. Participants will receive one free attempt to pass the highly regarded Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification exam, validating their advanced comprehension of the Scrum Master role and its associated responsibilities. Additionally, participants may be eligible to claim 14 Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional Development Unit (PDU) credits, which contribute to the maintenance of PMI certifications. These credits can be claimed online through PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements System (CCRS). Rebel Scrum is a Scrum.org certified training partner.
