The Professional Scrum Product Owner - Advanced (PSPO-A) class is designed to provide experienced Product Owners with the knowledge and skills to establish a solid vision, validate their hypotheses, and ultimately deliver more value to their stakeholders. This advanced class focuses on helping practitioners deepen their understanding of the Product Owner role by exploring its various stances. Who it’s for: Experienced Product Owners who want to grow their knowledge and abilities. In this class, Product Owners will expand their ability to establish a clear and compelling vision. By honing this skill, they will be able to guide the development of products that truly meet stakeholder needs. Participants will also learn how to validate their hypotheses, ensuring that the decisions they make are informed and based on evidence. This ability to validate assumptions is crucial for effective product ownership. Throughout the PSPO-A class, participants will have access to valuable resources that support their learning journey. They will receive a course workbook, which serves as a comprehensive reference for ongoing learning and implementation. Additionally, participants will have access to the slide deck and complementary materials used during the course, providing them with the means to review and reinforce their understanding of the concepts covered. One of the notable benefits of the PSPO-A class is that it includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certification exam. This certification validates the advanced understanding and proficiency of Product Owners. Participants will receive an exam code from Scrum.org within 48 hours of completing the course, enabling them to take the PSPO-A exam. If the exam is taken within 14 days of completing the course and the passing score of 85% is not achieved, Scrum.org offers a one-time free resit opportunity.
