In this class, you will learn how Scrum is scaled with Nexus by adding one role, modifying or adding only the necessary events, and allowing teams to plan better by adding a Sprint backlog which focuses on dependencies. Rebel Scrum trainers have hands on experience with large-scale transformations using Nexus, so you can train with confidence. This is an engaging class with lots of discussion and practical tools and tips.
