About Rebel Scrum
Rebel Scrum was founded by Mary Iqbal to help organizations move beyond superficial Agile adoption and build high-performing teams that deliver real business results.
We believe Agile should be practical, not theoretical. We help teams and leaders adopt the mindset, skills, and frameworks to reduce waste, improve collaboration, and accelerate value delivery — especially in complex environments like healthcare, government, and enterprise IT.
