Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) is an advanced course that will help you understand the eight stances that characterize a practical Scrum Master — from servant leader to change agent. In PSM II, we review the misunderstood stances of the Scrum Master. We remove the myths around the role of the Scrum Master. The Scrum Master is not only a Project Manager or an administrator but is a servant leader.
You’ll learn how Scrum Masters serve the Development Team, Product Owner, and organization. By learning related practices and skills, you’ll have the right conversations to become a better Scrum Master.

There are many misunderstandings about the Scrum Master's role. Are they a team administrative assistant? Should they close stories on behalf of Developers? In this course, we examine those misunderstandings and discuss how Scrum Masters add value to the organization.
This class includes activities designed to enhance learning. It’s not just a lecture. The purpose of this class is to make you a better Scrum Master or (for leaders) to help you understand how the Scrum Master adds value to your organization.
