Service Description

The Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) course focuses on using the right metrics to aid in a more customer-centric focus for your Agile team. In the Professional Agile Leadership™ – Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) one day course, participants learn what EBM is and how to apply it through hands-on, activity-based learning. Through a series of exercises, participants learn techniques that support a more agile mindset: Why should you use EBM? - Shift the conversation away from measuring progress based on how busy the team is towards a focus on customer-centricity and improving customer outcomes - Drive operational improvements by using four Key Value Areas (Unrealized Value, Current Value, Time-to-Market, and the Ability to Innovate) as lenses for evidence-based decision-making What's Included: - 1 day of instruction - 1 free attempt to earn your Professional Agile Leadership (PAL-EBM) certification - Course Workbook - Access to full slide deck and complementary materials used during the course After completing the Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management course, you will receive an exam code from Scrum.org for taking the PAL I exam. You will receive the code within 48 hours. There are no extra costs involved, and the code has no expiration date. Experience shows that participants score best when taking the exam within a week after completing the course. Your exam code is valid once. If you take the exam within 14 days after completing the course, and unfortunately do not pass the 85%, Scrum.org will offer you a one-time free resit. Please note that you will not receive this gift if you take a exam 14 days after participation, these costs will be yours. PMI PDU Credits Students of Scrum.org courses are able to claim Project Management Institute (PMI) PDU credit: 14 PDUs after attending the PAL-E class. Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for passing a Scrum.org assessment. Students can claim PDUs under PMI's "Education courses provided by other third-party providers” category. You can claim your PDUs online at https://ccrs.pmi.org.
