Service Description This class is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, January 26 and 27, 2026, from 9 AM - 5 PM CST each day. The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum framework's mechanics, rules, and roles. Professional Scrum Master is THE cutting-edge course for effective Scrum Masters and anyone supporting a software development team's efficiency and effectiveness. The Professional Scrum Master course is not an introductory course and is designed for those with some experience using and applying the Scrum framework. For an introduction to the Scrum Framework, we encourage you to sign up for the Applying Professional Scrum class.
