The course is scheduled to take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 18-19, 2023, from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST each day. It will be conducted as a live virtual training class using Zoom, allowing participants to join from anywhere. This class is specifically tailored for Scrum Masters and individuals supporting software development teams in their pursuit of efficiency and effectiveness. It is not an introductory course and assumes some prior experience and familiarity with the Scrum framework. For those who are new to Scrum, it is recommended to first attend the Applying Professional Scrum class to gain a foundational understanding.
