The new Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills course is now available for signup from Rebel Scrum. The Scrum.org Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS) course is an engaging one-day course focused on facilitation skills.


Self-management is a hallmark of Scrum teams. Being able to lead an effective meeting is key to a team's ability to self-manage. Effective facilitation can help teams move forward toward their desired outcomes. Great facilitation can help teams solve problems, build consensus, and foster transparency.


This course will give you a toolkit of facilitation techniques which you can use to help increase the effectiveness of your Scrum events.

The earliest Professional Scrum Facilitation skills is scheduled for September 20, 2022. This class is a remote class which focuses on facilitation skills for a remote environment.
