Thank You for Another Amazing Scrum Day

On October 15, more than 150 people and 10 exhibitors came together at the Madison Marriott West for our fourth annual Scrum Day Madison, hosted by Rebel Scrum. Attendees traveled from across Wisconsin and Illinois, and from as far away as North Carolina, Florida, and Panama.

This year’s theme, Agility in the Age of AI, brought the right conversations into the room. We heard from outstanding speakers, including Scrum co-creator Jeff Sutherland, and explored practical questions that many teams are facing right now: How do we use AI without losing focus on value? How do we keep improving Scrum? How do we build better products and lead more effectively?

With 16 breakout sessions across four tracks, the day stayed grounded in real work. People shared what was working, what wasn’t, and what they were trying next. That kind of honest exchange is why I started this conference in the first place.

Why This Day Matters

I host Scrum Day Madison because ideas matter. Getting outside the day-to-day and hearing from people who are doing the work has a way of resetting your perspective. This year felt especially strong. The energy in the rooms, the quality of the conversations, and the willingness of attendees to share their experiences made the day memorable.

A huge thank you to our speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and everyone who attended. Your curiosity and participation are what make this event worth doing.

Looking Ahead to 2027

We’re already looking forward to next year. If you’d like to reserve your spot early, we’re offering Scrum Day Madison 2027 tickets for $300 through December 31, 2026 — $125 off the regular price of $425.

I hope you’ll join us again. There’s something special about getting a room full of practitioners together to talk about the work, the challenges, and the ideas that help us get better.
